  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper (boosts curcumin absorption)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil or ghee

Instructions
